Whatever you’re doing today, I hope you take this as a reminder to get intentional about the energy from which you create, take action, or make decisions.
The energy you put into your business (and life, relationships, etc.) will be amplified when it comes back to you.
Think about the last piece of content you created in your business – whether it was a reel, an email, or a video for your latest course or program. What energy were you in when you sent it out into the world?
Was it an energy of abundance and empowerment, or one of fear or lack?
“This reel took so long to make. It better get thousands of views and new followers!”
“I hope no one unsubscribes from my list after this email.”
“This course better sell!”
None of this internal dialogue is doing you or your business any favors.
Think about how you want to feel – in your business and in your life. Maybe it’s joy. Confidence. Light. Love.
You can see what words resonate with me – but you can change those words to whatever makes you feel in alignment. The point is to really be intentional about the energy you’re putting out into the world.
Is your energy aligning with how you want to feel, and how you want others to feel?
Why do I feel like I’m not enough as I am, right now?
Why do I feel like I need another client?
Why do I feel so much pressure to make more money, or define success a certain way?
What are the core fears that are driving your decision-making right now?
These are all limiting beliefs, and they’re getting in the way of allowing you to step into your true power and align yourself with the energy you want to attract in your business.
It’s my goal as your coach to help you embody who you are, and tap into what you already know.
I’m here to make you feel alive again. To help you find what lights you up inside, and do more of that.
I’ve been doing this work for years so that I can fully embody the truest, most powerful version of myself.

You know, the kind you stumble across while scrolling through your Instagram feed. 📱
There you are, trying to decompress after a full day, when another entrepreneur posts about hitting a 6-figure month. And just like that…
Instant trigger. 🤬
If this sounds familiar, I want you to know you’re definitely not alone.
Within the entrepreneur world, so many people are talking about money. 💰
And in many ways, I’m here for it.
I’m here for women showing other women that literally anything is possible. 👏
Proof of possibility goes a long way in entrepreneurship—it inspires us to dream bigger.
Seeing another woman who was once in your shoes get there first is just reassurance that you can get there, too.
This is why sharing money milestones is important…
…As long as the person sharing is being honest and transparent about how they did it.
The problem with this movement is: more often than not, it’s not what it seems...
You’re not getting the whole picture.
As a result, you find yourself spiraling into a case of comparisonitis, allowing thoughts into your head, like:
What am I doing wrong?
What does she have that I don’t?
This has been coming up with many of my clients lately. I see them questioning their abilities. I see them struggling with their self-worth. I see them stuck in analysis paralysis.
But I’ve also had the chance to look behind the curtains at the businesses of many of these 8-figure entrepreneurs they’re comparing themselves to, and you want to know the truth?
Many of them aren’t making what they say they’re making. 🤭
The numbers are skewed. They’re exaggerated. They’re wildly inaccurate.
They’re sharing revenue totals without accounting for the significant expenses they’ve accumulated in reaching this point. They’re getting paid upfront for 6 to 12-months of work and making it look like a monthly salary. Some are even including their partner’s income in their totals and making it look like their own.
This doesn’t mean it isn’t possible – for them or for you.
My point is: don’t let yourself get distracted by what everyone else is doing (or how much they’re making). The reality is: their story has nothing to do with you.
This is why it’s so important to keep the blinders up. To stay focused on your own path. To avoid letting external factors distract you from stepping into your power and becoming your truest, most ideal self. 🔥
At the end of the day, the only comparison that truly matters is the comparison of who you are now versus who you were yesterday—or one year ago, or five years before that.
It’s less about where you were, and more about who you are becoming.

What are you selling in your business?
I bet it’s not what you think…
As a business owner, you probably have a range of offerings. A full product suite, even. And if you’ve done the work, you know what your sales cycle looks like.
You know where clients are finding you. And you know how to guide them to take the next step in your sales process.
For example, maybe your funnel looks something like this:
Step One: They follow you on Instagram.
Step Two: They subscribe to your email list and download your freebie.
Step Three: They purchase your low ticket offer.
Step Four: They move into your higher ticket program or service.
Step Five: They share the experience with their friends.
Step Six: Rinse and repeat.
Of course, this is just one high-level example. Maybe you prefer to connect with clients on a call, or have them fill out an application on your website.
What really matters is that you find the cycle that feels good for you.
And that’s just the beginning.
The truth is, if you’re struggling to reach your revenue goals each month, it’s probably not your sales strategy.
It’s your energy. ⚡️
It’s the story you’re creating around what you’re selling.
If you really want to sell more, you need to let go of the expectation that people are going to buy.
You do this by approaching sales from a place of service. By focusing on how you can help and impact that person, rather than how the sale will serve you. And by letting go of the outcome.
In other words, you need to be completely okay with telling someone it might not be the right time—or the right fit—for you.
This shift allows you to show up from a place of abundance versus lack.
And in order to get there, you need to be confident in who you are, what you have to offer, and the value you add.
This brings me back to the question I asked you at the beginning of this email.
What are you selling?
What are people paying you for when they hire you?
I’m willing to bet it’s so much more than what first comes to mind.
They’re paying for your experience, sure.
But they’re also paying for the things no one really sees, such as:
· The time you spend investing in your self-development so you can show up as your best self.
· The energy you bring, and the space you create to help them level up through your presence alone.
· The way your product or service empowers them to align with their best self.
See what I mean? You have so much to offer. You have a unique value proposition that only you can provide. And I want to prove it to you.

When was the last time you did absolutely nothing?
I’m willing to bet it’s been a while.
Why do you think that is?
Maybe it’s because, in a world that glorifies the hustle, it feels unnatural to slow down.

The problem is, that to-do list might actually be what’s causing you to feel stuck.
Your need to control your next move is suffocating your ability to take aligned action and start attracting the magical experiences that await you.
But when you become aware of these thoughts, emotions, patterns and fears, you’re able to look at them objectively and determine how they’re serving you.
And when you achieve this awareness, you’re no longer immersed in the external factors of daily life or distracted by what everyone else is doing or saying.
As a result, you open your eyes, mind and heart to a whole other realm of possibilities.
When you take ownership of your old patterns and blind spots, you have the opportunity to change them, rather than allowing yourself to be continuously absorbed by them.
This is how you step into your ideal self. It’s how you start to see real results in your manifestation practice.
But first, you have to be willing to embrace the stillness. To sit in the discomfort. To surrender control. To feel.
This is where the real magic happens. ✨
Suddenly, you start to see your manifestations unfolding in ways you never even imagined were possible.
You realize everything is happening for you, rather than to you.
And that by doing less, you can, in fact, achieve more.

I was at the spa the other day, and I couldn’t believe what I saw…
There I was, cozied up in my robe, listening to the soothing music playing softly in the background. I could smell wafts of lavender and eucalyptus in the air. Immediately, my shoulders dropped lower and my mind felt lighter.
I inhaled deeply and slowly took in my surroundings.
And that’s when I noticed it…
Every other woman sitting in that room was doing the same thing: staring at her phone. 🤔
Scrolling mindlessly through Instagram…
Checking up on work emails…
Responding to the constant ping of messages in the group chat…
And it made me wonder: if you can’t take a couple of hours away from your phone to be alone with your thoughts at the spa, then when can you?It’s no secret we’re living in a time of massive overconsumption.
This not only leads to information overload – but emotional overload.
Add in the fact that we’re going into year three of a pandemic, and it’s no wonder you’re feeling the way you’re feeling.
As humans, we are not meant to live in a state of stress and stimulation for an extended period of time.
By continuously allowing these messages and “distractions” into your daily thoughts, you’re putting yourself into a state of constant triggering – probably without even realizing it.Eventually, you’re so used to being triggered that you just become numb to the emotions. And it’s like you don’t really feel anything at all.
If you’ve been reading my emails, you know by now that I believe your triggers should be embraced rather than avoided. They are an incredible teaching tool, pinpointing areas of weakness that can be improved upon to build greater strength, resiliency, confidence and self-love.
But it’s impossible to address your triggers when you’re in a constant state of triggering.
If you’re struggling to explain how you’re feeling, or why you’re feeling a certain way, show me your phone and I’ll show you what your triggers are. 🔥
Set your alarm to go off every two hours throughout the day. When you hear it go off, ask yourself: what was I just thinking about? How am I feeling?
Write down the thoughts that are going through your head. Pay attention to how you’re feeling in the moment and the way you’re talking to yourself.
This exercise can be really effective in helping you better understand the subconscious thoughts and emotions you let into your mind and your heart on a daily basis.
After all, 95% of the thoughts you have are subconscious.
You don’t even realize you’re having them. As a result, these thoughts become deeply rooted in your belief system. You don’t just recognize them as thoughts passing by – they become engrained in who you are and how you behave.

The thing about social media that people often forget is: you have complete control over what you consume, and HOW you consume it.
You are the boss of your life. You make the rules.Over the recent weeks and months, I’ve been reflecting a lot on these questions:

And the truth is, no one gets to decide how I answer these questions but me.
I’ve recently made a big shift in the way I consume…
I’ve gotten super particular about WHO I allow into my thoughts, my heart, and my social media feeds.
Don’t get me wrong, I’ve had my seasons of over-consumption. Where I’ve been a sponge soaking in teachings from all of the podcasts, all the books, all the freebies, courses, and social media posts.
And let me tell you: It can also lead to massive doubt, overwhelm and confusion.
It messes with your inner peace.
I’ve come to realize that if I truly want to attract more joy, peace and love into my life, then I need to get super selective about what (and who) else I allow in. 🔥
Now, I only have a couple of leaders I truly follow: my mentor and Abraham Hicks (if you know, you know).
The messages they share are the only ones I listen to, because they bring me into alignment with my truth.
As a result, I feel completely clear on:
