I don’t know about you, but there’s something I’ve noticed about Facebook Groups over the years…
They can feel a little toxic. ⚠️
One person posts asking for travel tips for an upcoming trip to Austin, and suddenly there’s a full-on debate about boycotting Texas to take a stance for women’s reproductive rights.
(In case you missed it, the person posting was me. 🙋🏻♀️)
Listen. There’s nothing I love more than seeing women stand up for one another. And I understand how this topic could trigger some people. (Don’t even get me started on the political status of Texas – that’s another conversation for another day).
But why is it that we’re so quick to jump to conclusions and pass judgement from behind the keyboard?
What our world, and especially our community, needs right now is more connection, not division.
This means sharing, commenting and engaging from a place of love and acceptance rather than hostility and projection.
This brings me back to the big announcement I wanted to share with you…

How do you really feel about selling your stuff?
You probably know by now that I am more obsessed with mindset than a Buddhist monk.
Okay maybe I’m not quite on that level, but thanks to my own mindset work over the years, I like to think I’m on my way.
What does this have to do with selling, you ask?
One of the biggest mistakes I see leaders and entrepreneurs make is diving right into the strategy before they have even considered addressing their beliefs around sales.
They have all the business tools and sales scripts in place, but they’re still not actually selling anything.
Before you know it, the self-doubt and limiting beliefs come to play, and it all goes downhill FAST. 👎
This recently happened to a client of mine...
She was working with another coach and using all the scripts, but she had yet to land a single paying client.
Then we started working together and after just seven days, she sold not one, not two, but THREE paying clients.
She went from $0 to $7k in ONE MONTH. 🔥
And it all came down to sales.
The truth is, she didn’t actually know how to sell.
Everything about it felt super forced to her, so as a result, she approached her sales calls from the same inauthentic and intense place.
She had everything she thought she needed to succeed – but all she heard was crickets.
Until we started doing the mindset work and making sales more about authentic communication.
I helped her tune into herself and what she was truly feeling in the moment. We did some role playing. She listened to her clients’ needs and goals, and began approaching discovery calls from a place of service rather than selling.
And suddenly, everything started to come into alignment.
There wasn’t anything wrong with what she was selling. It all came down to her fears and the negative thoughts and patterns she associated with sales.
In just seven days, we turned her entire sales model around.
