You made it! We’re officially one month into 2022, and the pressure for a “new year, new you” is finally starting to float away. And you know what? This is when the real fun begins. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: You’re exactly where you need to be. 💯 It’s so easy to get caught up with what everyone else is doing. To compare your chapter one with someone else’s chapter ten. If this sounds like you, it could be a sign that it’s time for you to get on TikTok. 🤣 (Come find me there!) Or it could be a sign that you need to change your CONSUMPTION HABITS. The thing about social media that people often forget is: you have complete control over what you consume, and HOW you consume it.

I’ve gotten super particular about WHO I allow into my thoughts, my heart, and my social media feeds. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve had my seasons of over-consumption. Where I’ve been a sponge soaking in teachings from all of the podcasts, all the books, all the freebies, courses, and social media posts. And let me tell you: It can also lead to massive doubt, overwhelm and confusion. It messes with your inner peace. I’ve come to realize that if I truly want to attract more joy, peace and love into my life, then I need to get super selective about what (and who) else I allow in. 🔥 Now, I only have a couple of leaders I truly follow: my mentor and Abraham Hicks (if you know, you know). The messages they share are the only ones I listen to, because they bring me into alignment with my truth. As a result, I feel completely clear on:
